I want to cancel or changing my order

If you need to cancel an order you’ve placed, call us asap, or email if it is not an emergency. Online subscriptions can be edited from your account page.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We accept returns of products/merchandise purchased from our Website. If the item is in a new and unused condition you may send it back for a refund. Returns must be sent back with tracking within 21 days of delivery.

Once the item has arrived back to us, we will process the refund and contact you confirming this.

We do not accept returns of our coffee as this is a perishable product that we roast and pack fresh. If we have made a mistake, do not hesitate to get in touch and we will replace it with your correct order.

Returns are the customers responsibility until we receive them.


All order totals are tax inclusive.
