If your Jack’s Coffee order doesn’t arrive in the condition you expected, please let us know about it. The last thing we want is for you to be disappointed!

Accessories & Merchandise
Accessories and coffee equipment may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a credit or refund. Goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not in its original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Incorrect order
If we happen to make a mistake and dispatch your order incorrectly, please notify us pronto so we can rectify by sending the correct coffee or merchandise item.

Cancellation Policy for Coffee Subscriptions
Going on holiday? No problem, you can pause your Jack’s Coffee subscription at any time. And, if it’s just not working out for you then you can cancel at any time – we’re not into contracts and locking you into something you don’t want.
