It can be quite difficult making the perfect expresso so I have 3 tips for you.

  1. Critical to use fresh coffee - what’s so good about fresh coffee, all the flavours and beautiful aromas are still in the coffee.

  2. Dosing your coffee - how much coffee you put in your portafilter. Make sure you pack a lot of coffee in yoru portafilter.

  3. Grind Size - If your size is not correct make sure your setting is right.  Checking your flow rate to get a beautiful crema on your coffee.
